- pepper
- lovage (ligusticum)
- cumin
- fresh coriander
- dried mint
- egg yolk
- honey
- liquamen (Roman fermented fish sauce)
- wine
- vinegar
- oil
- wheat starch (amulum)
Instructions
- Combine pepper, lovage, cumin, fresh coriander, dried mint, egg yolk, honey, liquamen, wine, vinegar and a little oil.
- When it boils, thicken with wheat starch.
