Kid with Laser (Asafoetida)

Ingredients
- kid (young goat)
- pepper
- liquamen (Roman fermented fish sauce)
- laser (silphium/asafoetida)
- olive oil
- rue
- bay berry
Instructions
- Stuff the kid's well-cleaned intestines with pepper, liquamen, laser and oil.
- Return them inside the kid, sew it up, and cook it together with the kid.
- When cooked through, pound rue and bay berry; lift out and drain the kid.
- Pour the sauce over with the kid's own juices and serve.
