- oenogarum (oil-and-liquamen sauce)
- pepper
- lovage
- coriander
- rue
- liquamen (fermented fish sauce)
- honey
- wine
- oil
Instructions
- Combine oenogarum, pepper, lovage, coriander, rue, liquamen, honey, wine and a little oil.
- Heat through and serve over the truffles.
