Another Sausage with Leek and Egg

- liquamen (Roman fermented fish sauce)
- white of leek
- fat
- pieces of meat
- pepper
- lovage
- eggs
- pine nuts
- whole pepper

Instructions
- Clean spelt-grits and boil them finely with liquamen, intestine-juice, and finely chopped white of leek.
- Lift out the boiled mixture; chop fat and pieces of meat and mix everything together.
- Pound pepper, lovage, and three eggs; mix in a mortar with pine nuts and whole pepper.
- Pour in liquamen, fill the intestines, and boil then lightly roast — or boil only — and serve.
