Ingredients
- lettuce stalks (thyrsi)
- pepper
- liquamen (Roman fermented fish sauce)
- caroenum (reduced sweet grape must)
- water
- oil
- eggs
Instructions
- Pound lettuce stalks with pepper, liquamen, caroenum, water and oil.
- Cook, then bind with beaten eggs.
- Sprinkle pepper and serve.
