Ingredients

• lovage
• caraway
• wild thyme
• celery seed
• dried onion
• wine
• passum
• vinegar
• liquamen
• olive oil
• wheat starch

Instructions

1. Combine pepper, lovage, caraway, wild thyme, celery seed, dried onion, wine, passum, vinegar, liquamen and oil.
2. Thicken with wheat starch (amulum).
