Suckling Pig in Sharp Broth (Oxyzomum)

Ingredients
- suckling pig
- grains pepper
- honey
- dried onions
- coriander
- hemina liquamen (Roman fermented fish sauce)
- sextarius olive oil
- hemina water
Instructions
- Dress the pig. In a mortar mix 50 grains pepper, honey to taste, 3 dried onions, a little coriander, 1 hemina liquamen, 1 sextarius oil and 1 hemina water; blend in a pot.
- Put the pig in; once boiling, stir often so it thickens.
- If it dries out, add another hemina of water; cook through and serve.
