Ingredients
- 1/2 semuncia pepper
- 6 scruples hazelwort (asarabacca)
- ginger
- 6 scruples parsley
- silphium
- 1 hemina best liquamen (fermented fish sauce)
- 1 acetabulum olive oil
Instructions
- Combine half an ounce pepper, 6 scruples hazelwort, a little ginger, 6 scruples parsley, and a little silphium.
- Blend with a hemina of best liquamen and a cupful of oil to season the roast kid.
