- laser (silphium/asafoetida)
- ginger
- cardamom
- acetabulum liquamen (Roman fermented fish sauce)
Instructions
- Pound laser (asafoetida), ginger and cardamom together.
- Mix with 1 acetabulum of liquamen and cook the ofellae in it.
