Ingredients
- spring onions (pallacanae)
- liquamen (Roman fermented fish sauce)
- oil
- water
- salt-fish (salsum)
- honey
- vinegar
- defrutum (reduced grape must)
- borage (corona bubula)
Instructions
- Chop cleaned spring onions into a pan with liquamen, oil and water.
- Add raw salt-fish in the middle and cook.
- Season with honey, vinegar and defrutum; taste and adjust with liquamen or honey.
- Sprinkle borage and let it boil.
