Ingredients
- grains pepper
- cupful best liquamen (Roman fermented fish sauce)
- caroenum (reduced grape must)
- measures water
Instructions
- Grind 31 grains of pepper.
- Add a cup of the best liquamen and the same amount of caroenum.
- Add eleven measures of water and set over the steam of the fire.
