Ingredients
- raisins (uva passa)
- pepper
- lovage
- oregano
- onion
- wine
- liquamen (Roman fermented fish sauce)
- oil
- little fish
- wheat starch (amulum)
Instructions
- Grind raisins, pepper, lovage, oregano and onion with wine, liquamen and oil.
- Transfer to a pan and cook.
- Add cooked little fish, thicken with starch and serve.
