Sweets, Another Way (Milk and Pastry Custard)

Ingredients

• pepper
• pine-kernels
• honey
• rue
• passum (raisin wine)
• milk
• tracta (thin pastry sheets)
• eggs
• honey
• pepper

Instructions

1. Grind pepper, pine-kernels, honey, rue and raisin wine.
2. Cook with milk and pastry sheets.
3. Set the curd with a little egg.
4. Pour over honey, sprinkle pepper, and serve.
