Sauce for Boiled Fish

Ingredients

• lovage
• cumin
• onion
• oregano
• pine nuts
• date
• honey
• vinegar
• liquamen
• mustard
• olive oil
• raisins

Instructions

1. Combine pepper, lovage, cumin, onion, oregano, pine nuts, date, honey, vinegar, liquamen, mustard and a little oil.
2. Serve the sauce hot; add raisins if you like.
