- honey
- liquamen (Roman fermented fish sauce)
- passum (raisin wine)
- wine
- good oil
- wheat starch (amulum)
Instructions
- Grind pepper, rue and dried onion.
- Add honey, liquamen, passum, a little wine and drops of good oil.
- When it begins to boil, thicken with wheat starch.
