- peas (or beans)
- Parthian laser (asafoetida/silphium)
- liquamen (Roman fermented fish sauce)
- caroenum (reduced grape must)
- olive oil
Instructions
- Season the skimmed peas with finely ground Parthian laser, liquamen, and caroenum.
- Pour a little oil over and serve.
