- puff pastry
- plum jam
- 1 egg yolk
- sugar
Instructions
- Prepare two puff pastry cakes. Fill one with plum jam, then place the second pastry cake on top of the first, adapting them together. Brush the top with egg yolk glaze. Place in the oven and bake until golden. Dust with sugar, remove from the oven, and serve.
