Ingredients
- 1 pound almonds
- 1 pound sugar
- 5 egg whites
- ground cinnamon
- lemon zest
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well together.
- Pass the mixture through a pastry machine (máquina) to form the rings naturally.
- Bake until cooked through.
