- anchovies
- hard-boiled eggs
- tuna in escabeche
- mayonnaise
Instructions
- Arrange the cooked anchovies, hard-boiled egg rounds, and pieces of escabeche tuna (marinated tuna) together. Dress as a simple salad, or bind with mayonnaise if preferred.
