Mantecado with Fruit

Ingredients

• mantecado (Spanish frozen custard or ice cream)
• fruit, candied

Instructions

1. Prepare the mantecado according to the standard formula.
2. Mix in the very finely chopped candied fruit, blending well.
3. Transfer to the ice cream freezer (heladora).
