Preserved Peaches

Ingredients

• Peaches
• 2 tablespoons Fine sugar

Instructions

1. Peel the peaches carefully and remove the pits.
2. Place them in tin cans or glass jars.
3. Add two tablespoons of fine sugar to each jar.
4. Seal or cap tightly. Cook for two hours in a water bath (baño maría).
