Rosquillas de Almagro (Almagro Fried Rings)

Ingredients
- 1 egg egg
- 0.5 eggshell oil
- lemon juice
- regular amount flour
- sugar
Instructions
- Combine the eggs, oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Incorporate flour gradually, stirring first with a spoon, then working the dough with a well-floured hand so it doesn't stick. The dough should be quite soft.
- On a work surface, roll the dough by hand into a long rope resembling a macarrón (paste shape), then cut pieces and shape each into a rosquilla (ring) about the diameter of a two-peseta coin.
- Fry in very hot oil over low heat. When they are golden, remove them and, while still warm, dust generously with sifted sugar.
