Fried Chicken

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut the chicken into pieces. Season with salt and garlic, then rub with a cloth.
  2. Fry in olive oil. Add lemon juice, parsley, onion, carrot, allspice, and a ladle of caldo (broth).
  3. Simmer over low heat until the sauce reduces completely.
  4. Roll the chicken pieces in breadcrumbs, then coat with beaten egg and breadcrumbs again. Fry until golden.
