Roast Pork

Ingredients

• Pork
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 tablespoon Flour
• Water

Instructions

1. Season the pork with salt and pepper.
2. Roast with a fast fire.
3. As it cooks, baste frequently with the gravy that comes from the meat.
4. Brown one tablespoonful of flour in the pan.
5. Stir in a little water to make the gravy.
