Macaroni with Cheese (Macarrones)

Ingredients

• macaroni (large tubes)
• cocido broth (Spanish stew broth)
• grated cheese

Instructions

1. In a shallow baking dish, cook the large macaroni tubes in cocido broth (the broth from a Spanish stew) until tender. When the pasta is soft, dust generously with grated cheese and place briefly in the oven until the cheese melts and the top is lightly golden.
