Light Bread

Ingredients
- 0.5 cake yeast
- 2 quarts flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dessertspoon butter or lard
- warm water
Instructions
- Dissolve the yeast cake in warm water.
- Make up the dough over night at 10 o'clock, mixing it soft and spongy.
- Set the dough to rise in a warm place.
- Next morning, work the dough over until it becomes perfectly light, adding flour as needed to keep it from sticking to your hands.
- Put the dough to rise in your baking pan.
- When it rises, bake in a hot oven until thoroughly done.
