Ingredients
- fresh peas
- water
- salt
- pepper
- manteca (lard)
Instructions
- Clean the peas thoroughly.
- Cook them in boiling salted and peppered water until cooked through.
- Drain well. Serve with small pieces of fresh beef manteca (lard) distributed over the top.
