Ingredients
- fresh peas
- water
- salt
- pepper
- manteca (lard)
Instructions
- Clean the peas thoroughly. Cook them in boiling salted and peppered water until tender. Drain well. Serve with small pieces of fresh beef manteca (lard) distributed over the top.
