Potatoes au Gratin

Ingredients

• potatoes
• egg yolk
• milk
• butter
• salt
• cheese

Instructions

1. Cook the potatoes whole, then peel them and pass them through a potato ricer.
2. Work in egg yolk, milk, butter and salt and beat the mixture well.
3. Sprinkle it with cheese and put it into the oven in the very dish it will be served from.
