Chocolate Pudding

Instructions

  1. Heat a heavy pot or saucepan over moderate heat with the four chocolate tablets and 125 grammes of butter until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat. Incorporate the egg yolks one at a time, stirring well.
  3. Add the flour and sugar, mixing until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks (punto de nieve), then gently fold them into the chocolate mixture along with the vanilla.
  5. Pour into a buttered mold or baking dish.
  6. Bake in the oven until set.
