Macaroni with Milk and Cheese

Ingredients
- macaroni
- water and salt
- 0.5 liter milk
- 0.5 pound Gruyère or Parmesan cheese, grated
- 100 grams butter (manteca)
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni in salted water, then drain it thoroughly. Warm half a liter of milk over heat. Add the grated Gruyère or Parmesan cheese and the butter to the hot milk. Place the pan over the fire and stir the macaroni constantly, being careful not to break the pieces. Continue stirring until the macaroni has absorbed the milk. Serve immediately, very hot.
