Orange Sherbet

Ingredients

• 24 whole oranges
• 1.25 pound fine sugar

Instructions

1. Squeeze the juice from two dozen oranges.
2. Add one and a quarter pound of fine sugar to the juice.
3. Stir well.
4. Freeze the same way as in ice cream.
