Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk with sugar until it begins to boil.
  2. Add twelve yolks, six beaten whites and the zest of two lemons.
  3. Stir over lively heat until a green syrup appears on the surface.
  4. Bake in a buttered mold at moderate heat, quickly.
  5. As it pulls from the mold, sprinkle with the best wine or, preferably, curaçao.
