Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut very thin slices of lean ham. Soak them in heavily sweetened white wine for one hour.
  2. Dry the ham slices thoroughly with a white cloth.
  3. Fry the ham in very hot beef lard (manteca de vaca), then boil them in the same sweetened wine in which they were soaked until the cooking is complete.
