Ingredients
- spinach
- water
- salt
- manteca (lard)
Instructions
- Wash and cut the spinach. Cook it in salted water. Drain the cooking liquid. Dress the spinach with manteca (lard), using either beef or pork lard.
- Swiss chard (acelgas) may be prepared in the same manner.
