Ingredients
- pork or veal kidneys
- onion
- salt
- a little butter
- white wine
Instructions
- Clean the kidneys and cut them into little slices, then fry them, adding onion and salt. Give them a few turns in the pan, throw in a little butter and white wine, and serve.
