Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 70 grams butter
• 125 grams sugar
• 500 grams flour
• 4 eggs

Instructions

1. Take the butter and allow it to begin melting.
2. Add the sugar and work the mixture together thoroughly.
3. Add the flour and work well.
4. Mix in the four eggs and continue working the dough until it becomes fine and smooth.
5. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into desired shapes.
6. Bake until cooked through.
