Sea Bream Another Way

Ingredients
- 1 sea bream (besugo)
- flour
- flour
- water
- 1 clove garlic
- parsley
- almonds
- water
Instructions
- Clean the sea bream and cut it into pieces. Coat the pieces with flour. Heat oil or manteca (lard) in a skillet and fry the fish until golden, then transfer the pieces to a clay cooking pot (cazuela de barro).
- In the same skillet, toast a bit of flour until golden. Add water and pour this sauce over the fish in the pot.
- In a mortar, pound together one garlic clove, parsley, and toasted almonds into a paste. Dilute this picada with water and pour it over the fish. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and serve.
