Diplomatic Muddle

Ingredients
- 18 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 1 large glass milk
- 1 glass Port wine (vino Oporto)
- 1 lemon, zested (outer skin)
- cinnamon
- sugar
- 1 piece vanilla
Instructions
- Beat together the yolks, whites, milk, Port, lemon zest, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla.
- Pour into a buttered mold and bake.
