Fried Eggs

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Chop very finely one onion, a tomato, and a clove of garlic, and fry them in butter until the onion is light golden.
  2. Remove from the fire and pass through a sieve, then return to the pan.
  3. Break the eggs on top, sprinkle each with pepper and salt, and serve as soon as the whites have set.
  4. Serve with very thin slices of bread grilled golden, set hot in a circle at the center of the platter, one egg with one toast per plate.
