Sea Bream with Vinegar Sauce

  1. Clean and season the sea bream with salt. Wrap it in a cloth and poach in water with parsley, onion, and vinegar until fully cooked.
  2. Transfer the cooked fish to a fish serving dish (besuguera). In a separate pan, heat olive oil and fry the garlic clove until golden, then remove it. Add flour and paprika to the oil, stirring to combine. Add water and vinegar to make a sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the fish and let it simmer briefly, then serve.
