Frozen Milk (Leche Helada)

Ingredients

• milk
• sugar
• 1 stick cinnamon
• ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Heat the milk with sugar and a cinnamon stick until cooked through.
2. Transfer to a freezer to set until frozen.
3. When ready to serve, fill a cup or glass with the frozen milk and top with a generous layer of ground cinnamon.
