Czarina-Style Cream Layers

Ingredients
- bizcochuelo (sponge cake) slices
- cream
- butter (for the dish)
- natas (clotted cream)
- cinnamon
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- Soak sponge-cake slices in cream.
- Layer in a buttered dish, alternating with clotted cream dusted with cinnamon and sugar.
- Finish with clotted cream on top, dust with sugar, and bake a quarter hour.
