Candied Almonds

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Clean the almonds with a cloth. Place them in a saucepan with a little water, ground cinnamon, and sugar in a quantity double the weight of the almonds.
  2. Stir constantly over heat until the sugar becomes granulated. Then remove from the fire and let cool completely.
  3. Return the pan to the fire once cooled, and continue heating until the sugar turns golden. At that point, remove the almonds from the pan.
