- dried fava beans
- 1 piece salt pork or tocino (cured pork belly)
- 1 piece pork head
- salt
- spices
- garlic
- cold water
Instructions
- Place dried fava beans in cold water with a piece of salt pork (tocino), a piece of pork head, salt, spices, and garlic.
- Cook everything together until cooked through and serve.
