Poached Eggs in Butter and Milk

Ingredients

• manteca (lard)
• milk
• salt
• eggs

Instructions

1. Melt the manteca in a pan.
2. Incorporate milk and the necessary salt.
3. When the mixture is boiling, poach the eggs in it and serve.
