Ingredients
- 8 oz pork lard (manteca de cerdo)
- 8 oz sugar
- 16 oz flour
Instructions
- Work the pork lard, sugar, and flour together thoroughly until well combined. Shape into small cakes, cutting them out with a teacup. Bake in the oven until set.
