Roasted Sea Bass

Ingredients
- 1 sea bass
- allspice (pimienta inglesa)
- butter
- fresh parsley
- lemon juice (zumo de limón)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
- Clean the sea bass and season it. Place it in a roasting dish (cacerola) with allspice and butter. Transfer to the oven.
- When the fish is halfway cooked, remove it from the oven. Scatter the finely chopped parsley over the top and drizzle generously with lemon juice. Return the fish to the oven and continue roasting until fully cooked through.
- When ready to serve, garnish with the finely chopped hard-boiled eggs.
