- garlic
- oregano
- vinegar
- pimentón (Spanish smoked paprika)
- water

Instructions
- Clean the pork loin of fat and cut it into thin round slices.
- Prepare the adobo (marinade) by crushing garlic and oregano together.
- Once ground, add vinegar, red pimentón (Spanish smoked paprika), a little water, and salt.
- Place the pork slices in this marinade and let sit for twenty-four hours.
- After the marinating time, fry the pieces and serve on an arranged platter.
