Ingredients
- 3 large egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 glass cognac
- 2 large egg whites
Instructions
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until pale and well combined. Add the cognac slowly while continuing to beat. Gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites, stirring constantly to incorporate them smoothly throughout the mixture.
