- tomato essence
- cock's kidneys
- rice
- fresh peppers from España
Instructions
- Make a poultry consommé and flavour it with essence of tomato. For the garnish, have cock's kidneys and cooked rice ready, and cut fresh peppers from España into a fine julienne. Put the garnish in the bowls and pour the consommé over.
